At Séb'on Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your. If for any reason you not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 7 days of purchase for a full of unused merchandise in sellable condition. Please note that domestic returns will be subject to a $9.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund total. However, if you choose to exchange your item, the return shipping fee will be waived for the first exchange only. Please ensure that all items are returned in perfect condition, unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging and tags still attached. Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for a refund only. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable. Please note that Séb'on Couture reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our criteria. Please note that open hair oils are non-refundable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
